Support Worker

Service Leader

Having worked within a supported living setting, are you ready to become a leader in the workplace?
If you have the skills and the drive to lead and mentor a small team while following direction and deadlines, consider the role of Service Leader at Sylvanvale. You will provide leadership to employees by mentoring and coaching good practice and customer driven support.

As Service Leader, you play an important role in assisting the Cluster Manager,while working with your team to achieve personal outcomes for customers.

Cluster Manager

Withproven success working in a supported living setting and demonstrated ability to manage staff, the role of Cluster Manager could be your next career move. This is an exciting opportunity to learn new skills and lead staff by ensuring that Services offer a high quality individualized approach and staff have the necessary skills and experience to achieve personal outcomes for customers.

Your experience developing collaborative working relationships with families, providers and the community will be invaluable. You will possess excellent communication skills and experience working within budgetary constraints as there is an administrative component to this role.

Nurse – Registered/Enrolled

OurRegistered and Enrolled Nurses work on a Part-time and Casual basis, providingexcellent personal care and support to customers in accordance with their day-to-day and strategic care needs.

You will have at least one year postgraduate experience as a Registered Nurse, and can demonstrate your interest in innovative service provision for individuals with an intellectual disability.

You will embrace the opportunity to work with a variety of practitioners including medical, paramedical and social support staff. You willtake pride in ensuring that the values and policies of Sylvanvale are understood and adoptedwhen interacting with customers using a person-centered approach.

Occupational Therapist

You have completed your degree in Occupational Therapy and are currently registered with AHPRA .

With a minimum of one year experience working with children and adults with an intellectual disability, you are seeking your next move.

Your experience working with children and adults with varying levels of abilities, including multiple and complex support needs, will enable you to deliver Occupational Therapy services through a range of service delivery models. If you are flexible and have a positive attitude you will thrive within our passionate Therapy team.

Behaviour Support Clinician

Your professional experience and tertiary qualification in Psychology will equip you to provide specialist advice, consultation and training for staff, or carers of people with a disability.

Enjoy the challenge of conducting comprehensive behaviour assessments, design lifestyle and behaviour support plans including skills development.

You will be energised and motivated to collaborate with staff members and other stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for our customers.

Early Childhood Teacher/Educator
