To apply, tenants will need to have (or be likely to attain) NDIS funding for SDA Robust eligibility.

• Healthy Building Standards (i.e., thermal health, moisture, air quality, ventilation)

• Spacious outdoor and backyard space.

These properties provide 24/7 support, including sleepover night support, if required’. Each villa has an on-site carers’ room for On-site Overnight Assistance (OOA).
