Community Hubs Handbook

Sylvanvale Community Hubs are inclusive, multipurpose spaces where people of all ages, genders and abilities gather to spend time doing things that interest them.

This Handbook explains our model of support and outlines the important information we need from you to help us understand your individual needs. This Handbook also sets out our polices, practices, procedures and additional information in relation to these services. When you sign a Service Agreement with us you are also agreeing that the policies, practices and procedures set out in this Handbook form part of our Agreement.

This Handbook may change from time to time, and when it does, we will let you know.
