We’re Here For You
Sylvanvale Community Cooperative Living (CCL) is ideal for adults (18 years and over) wanting to live independently but with access to individual or shared support, if and when it’s needed. CCL is available for, and managed by, tenants with disability living independently in an SDA complex.
It runs separately to your regular individual support services.
Where it Happens
Sylvanvale provides Community Cooperative Living support at The Wave, a landmark water and city view residence beautifully positioned in Rockdale in South Sydney.
The apartments are designed to achieve Platinum level certification under Liveable Housing Design Guidelines and meet High Physical Support design requirements under the NDIS.
