In the 2024–2025 financial year, Sylvanvale Limited achieved another strong financial result, continuing to build on the organisation’s commitment to sustainable growth and high-quality service delivery.
Despite a challenging operating environment, we maintained a disciplined approach to expense management while making strategic investments that enhance outcomes for the people we support and strengthen our workforce.
- The opening of four new Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes in Caringbah, Chamberlain, Soldiers Road, and Sutherland.
- The launch of a new Individual Apartment Living (IAL) service at Bayview, expanding our support for people seeking greater independence.
- A $2.8 million investment in property, plant and equipment, including $1.4 million in new vehicles to enhance service delivery and mobility.
Sylvanvale continued to navigate sector-wide uncertainty, including ongoing changes to National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) pricing and broader industry pressures. Through it all, we remained focused on thoughtful financial management and delivering on our purpose.
