Staff Recognition and Why it Matters

At Sylvanvale, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We know that the dedication and compassion of our staff make a real difference in the lives of the people we support. That’s why we celebrate their achievements through our Superstar and Allstar Awards.

Launched in 2025, these programs give staff the chance to recognise each other for living our values of Belonging, Choice, Contribution, Respect and Safety. Since then, hundreds of peer nominations have been submitted, highlighting everyday moments of excellence and teamwork. The annual Allstar Awards shine a spotlight on those who go above and beyond, while the ongoing Superstar Awards ensure recognition is part of our culture all year round.
