WHAT WE WILL DO TO IMPROVE
Supported Independent Living
We are changing the way our Property & Maintenance department operates to ensure every site gets the attention it needs.
We are also continuously investigating opportunities for new SDA partnerships, properties and sites to continue to improve the standard of disability accommodation for the people we support.

Change & Innovation
We have commenced Sylvanvale's biggest ever technology project to implement new systems which will streamline and simplify participant's records and make it easier for staff to contribute evidence for future NDIS plan reviews.
We are also continuing our project to reduce the use of agency staff further, and implement Sylvanvale staff for all shifts, giving familiarity ad peace of mind to the people we support and families. We have seen a 50% reduction in agency staff usage since the same time last year.
