Welcoming Tracey Hensley, Executive Manager Operations

We’re really pleased to welcome Tracey Hensley as Sylvanvale’s new Executive Manager Operations.

Tracey brings close to 20 years’ experience across child protection, out-of-home care, disability, housing, homelessness and in-home care. Most recently with the NSW Department of Communities and Justice, she’s led large and complex services. However, a true stand-out for Tracey is how closely she stays connected to the people at the centre of that work.

That same approach will carry through here. You’ll see Tracey out in services, alongside teams, getting to know the people we support and their families, and working with staff to make sure support is safe, consistent and built around each person.

Tracey joins an experienced executive team led by CEO Leanne Fretten. Many of you already know Leanne. She’s been part of Sylvanvale for more than 20 years and is regularly out across services, talking with staff, clients and families, and keeping a strong focus on what matters most.

Across the executive team, there’s a shared commitment to being visible, practical and connected:

Amber Haran - People and Culture

Amber works closely with staff to build a safe, supportive workplace where people feel valued and confident in their roles.

Brooke Formica - Marketing, Communications and Client Experience

Brooke ensures the voices and experiences of the people we support, along with their families and carers, shape how we design, deliver and communicate our services.

Tamara Arentz - Finance and Commercial

Tamara partners with our teams to make sure the right supports and resources are in place to deliver strong outcomes now and into the future.

Madeleine Gates - SDA and Property

Madeleine works alongside the people we support and our teams to deliver homes that reflect how people want to live, not just where they live.

Together, the team is focused on being present, listening and making decisions that improve everyday experiences for the people we support.

We’re excited to have Tracey join us and look forward to the impact she’ll make for the people we support, their families and carers, and staff right across Sylvanvale.
