Earlier this year, Craig moved into Sylvanvale’s Supported Independent Living home in Loftus, where he was warmly welcomed by his new housemates Chris, Alan, Xavier, and Cappy.
What makes this home special is the strong sense of friendship and community shared by the people who live there. Before Craig moved in, his future housemates spent time getting to know him through visits and shared activities at their Community Day Programs to make sure everyone felt comfortable and connected.
The effort paid off. From shared meals to afternoon drum sessions, Craig has quickly settled into life at Loftus and become part of the household.
