Residents are aged between 30 and 50
This property supports people with profound/multiple needs and residents do not share supports
All residents are verbal, some only partially
Each resident has their own network, interests, and activities that they pursue individually with the support of staff
There is limited social interaction between residents
Staff take a Person Centred Active Support (PCAS) approach in their daily living and household activities
There are authorised restrictive practices in place at this house as some residents require additional support to stay safe.

Support Available

This house provides 24/7 support, including active night support
Staff supporting individuals within this service have skills and competencies in Positive and Complex Behaviour Support, Epilepsy Management, Allergy Management, Sensory Management, Mental Health, Drug and Alcohol Abuse, Trauma, Acquired Brain Injury and Autism
The house has two fully maintained vehicles, for transport within a 30km radius of the house. Annual fee applies.

Eight purpose-built single occupancy villas, for high and complex support needs
All bedrooms are good-sized with built-in robes
Reverse cycle air conditioning
Communal activity and exercise space with gym equipment
Each villa has its own lounge, dining, kitchen, bathroom, and courtyard
This home is wheelchair accessible
Individualised setup allows residents to be supported individually and independently from each other
