Residents are aged 28–50.
This property supports people with profound/multiple needs and residents do not share supports.
All residents are verbal, some only partially.
Each resident has their own network, interests and activities that they pursue individually with the support of staff.
There is limited social interaction between residents in the property.
Staff take a Person Centred Active Support (PCAS) approach in their daily living and household activities.
There are authorised restrictive practices in place at this house as some residents require additional support to stay safe.

The house has two fully maintained vehicles, for transport within a 30km radius of the house. Annual fee applies.
