The People Living Here
Current residents include women and men.
Residents are aged 30–60.
All residents are verbal.
Individualised set up allows for residents to be supported individually and independently from each other.
Each of the current residents attend community participation programs or work.
Each resident has their own network, interests and activities that they pursue individually with the support of staff.
All residents are being supported to increase their skills to live in the community.
Staff take a Person Centred Active Support (PCAS) approach in their daily living and household activities.
Support Available
This house provides 24/7 support, including sleepover night support.
Staff supporting individuals within this service have skills and competencies in: Autism, Positive Behaviour Support, Epilepsy Management, Allergy Management, Sensory Management, Mental Health, Drug and Alcohol Abuse, Trauma and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).
Access to a fully maintained modified vehicle, for transport within a 30km radius of the house. Annual fee applies.
