Tea Tree is serviced by a smart, air quality control system to ensure the health and wellbeing of all our tenants, and also features the latest in smart-home technology for tenant comfort and accessibility.
This includes the ability to use either voice activation or a personal device to control lights, blinds, access doors, air-conditioning and video intercom (using Assistive Technology funding within tenants’ plan).
