The Sylvanvale team was delighted to be part of Good Housing’s ground break ceremony at Jannali on Friday 3 June 2022.
The special ceremony marked the beginning of an exciting project that will deliver seven new high quality Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) dwellings to the Sutherland Shire. The properties will accommodate nine people living with disability.

The development will comprise two new dwellings, ‘Jacaranda’ and ‘Jasmine’, which are conveniently situated a short distance from local shops and restaurants, parklands, ovals, and reserves, as well as the renowned Jannali Community Centre. Both are also accessible by car and public transport, with the nearest bus stop only a minute away.
We are really looking forward to supporting the new residents to live the life they choose, when they move into their new homes later this year.
