Our properties include shared houses, self-contained units and two and three bedroom villas, and are staffed by employees who understand that every person is an individual with unique goals and support needs.
Most properties are NDIS approved Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), which is housing that has been specifically designed for people with high support needs.
We offer two main types of accommodation support, which vary by property. They are:
- Supported Independent Living (SIL) - support you receive to help you live as independently as possible.
- Community Cooperative Living (CCL) - on-call support that is available for, and managed by, tenants with disability living independently in an SDA complex.
